Subject: Brainstorming an Idea - If you're interested....

Hello to all my Million Dollar peeps!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well, and business is booming!

I trust you all know how much we love and value your emails and appreciate working with all our one-on-one clients.  Hence, the reason for this message.

With all of the craziness of the world, the economy, and changes in the industry, we're definitely getting busier and busier on our end.  In an effort to continue assisting as many of you as possible (while also saving you some money), I've been brainstorming the idea of offering a one-on-one coaching option where some of you would be able to work directly with Dan, Dawn, and Charlie (FYI, I call them my "DDC team!").

Most of you know or are familiar with my "DDC team."  They're all very knowledgeable, responsive, and have all have been with me for more than a decade.  Dawn is actually my "newbie" having joined us in 2011. Dan and Charlie actually served as drivers and dispatchers in my NEMT business.  

Needless to say, without them, I wouldn't be able to do what I do in working with all of you in the NEMT and home care industries, helping many of you build, grow, scale, buy and sell your businesses - all while allowing me to build a multi seven figure broker business.

Long story short, without DDC, I couldn't do what I do.  

I haven't made up my mind as of yet, but that's why I'm reaching out to many of you - to better gage the level of interest from those of you who recognize you need experienced help and direction in moving your business forward, but maybe the higher price point in working with me directly is out of budget at this time.

Again, let me be clear, this is simply a brainstorm at this point that will allow us to continue working with as many of you as possible to help you avoid making some of the many costly mistakes we see providers making when they enlist the help of "white walker advisors."   

The other added benefit for me is this opportunity would alleviate some burden to my personal scheduled and I can, hopefully, avoid increasing my rates - especially during these crazy economic times!  

Trust me, the LAST THING I want to do is be less than responsive to my one-on-one clients.  To give you proper context, one of my client-providers, Sadique, who I've been working with for close to two years now shared an incredible compliment as follows:

"I Just want you to know that you are doing more than just offering business consulting......You are changing lives, helping me take care of my family, and I am sure many others.  I pray that God continues to bless you and gives you a long life.  You are making a difference in the world."

That right there is exactly why my team and I do what we do!  Sadique has kept me on retainer for close to two years and keeps me involved in a wide range of issues and strategic planning with this business and the growth and results in his business speak for themself.

Again, working directly with my DDC team for 60 days would be a great opportunity for many of you to get some experienced and trusted help in moving your business forward while also saving some money, but let me be clear, I will NOT personally be involved.  

IE: There will NOT be a "Can you ask Joel what he thinks," or "Can you ask Joel to draft this or prepare that for me?"  

Again, the whole purpose of this idea is to continue helping as many of you as possible, helping many of you to avoid early mistakes, while also alleviating my schedule so I don't neglect my one-on-one clients or my broker business.

By all means, for those of you who need my help, I'm obviously still available, but you have to keep things in perspective.  I do a lot of prep work, valuations, negotiations, contract work, liability evaluations, etc., and not everyone requires that in the early stages of their business.  Those services would NOT be included in working with DDC.    

Before I go too far in preparing a lengthy email with nothing being finalized as yet, let me turn this brainstorm over to you.  For those of you who think you might be interested in working with DDC to help get started while saving some money, please send us an email with your level of interest.  

This would be a first come first serve opportunity that maybe we would offer for a short period of time to see how everything works out.  My other concern is I don't want to distract Dan, Dawn, and Charlie from their existing work and projects (regular email correspondence, a ton of market analysis which requires research and phone calls, etc., etc.).
