| I know some of your have begun researching the prospects of serving Big Lots and others are already doing work for Big Lots. Regardless of any possible delivery providers your local Big Lots might currently be using, you STILL need to get in there. Don't ever be scared of competition. No one is better than you or can offer more with a greater network, more ability and capacity. |

| As we discussed at our July Seminar, there are many reasons why you want to serve Big Lots. One of the many reasons is because you can literally predict when your weekend business is going to peak based on their annual sales. Case in point, Big Lots is launching their Labor Day sale and I can assure you we are going to be swamped - all hands on deck! Just look at some of the items they have on sale: |

| As I mentioned at our seminar, Big Lots continues to elevate their play year in and year out. We've been serving Big Lots for 6 years and I can assure you they are growing, improving and diversifying their inventory, and enhancing their sales and offerings. I can only imagine how many mattresses, couches, love seats, bed frames, etc. we will delivery during this sale. You too can do the same! |

| And don't forget Ashley's furniture. Already some of our Licensees are starting to penetrate and experience great success with Ashley's. Ashley's continues to be very receptive to our new Licensees for Business-to-Customer transactions as well as Store-to-Store transactions! Go After It ALL! |

| I promise you, as our collective networks continue to grow and penetrate these national retail stores we are going to approach them in efforts to secure more exclusivity for our Licensees. It's a win-win for all of us! |
