Hello to everyone within the Million Dollar Transportation Community!  As
always, I hope that this message finds you all doing well and that
business is booming.

I received an email from Ashlee at the Hotel Sierra, site of our August
MDT Boot Camp, reminding me that they will only be able to hold rooms
at the highly discounted rate for the next 4 weeks, 5 at the most
depending on their availability. 

Remember, it is summer and this is the wedding and travel season.  So
don't wait until the last minute to make your reservations.  We've had this
problem in the past and I encourage you to plan accordingly!

Your lack of preparation does not constitute someone else's emergency. 
If you wait until the last minute and the Hotel Sierra sells out then it's up
to you to make alternate hotel arrangements.

As a reminder, make sure that you arrive early enough on Friday, August
5th for our "Meet & Greet" at 8:00 PM in the Hotel Sierra Bistro & Lounge. 
As always, this will be a great networking opportunity!

I encourage everyone to stay at the hotel as a minimum on Friday
evening so that you're not late for the start of the Boot Camp Seminar on
Saturday, the 6th.

The Hotel Sierra will also provide FREE shuttle service to and from the

I've received an untold number emails of people asking about the
particulars of the MDT Boot Camp and who should attend.  Needless to
say, if you are in any of the following situations, you should be in
attendance:

1. If you're working with any type of broker, you need to be in
attendance.  There are many brokers across the country that would
prefer to "put the squeeze" on transportation providers.  You need to
learn how to handle brokers to ensure you're profitability!

2. If you're not making as much money as you would like, then you
definitely need to be in attendance!!  Many entrepreneurs pound their
chests in achievement over how much revenue they generate.  But
that's absolutely worthless if you're not MAKING and taking home a
lion's share of your revenue!

3. If you're not generating multiple sources of revenue via your medical
transportation company, you need to be in attendance.  To ensure
sustainability, especially in a troubled economy, you need to ensure
that you have multiple sources of revenue within your business.

4. If you only own a single business, a medical transportation
company, you need to learn how to leverage your existing NEMT
business into other prosperous ventures.

5. If you're suffering from the 80/20 rule, you need to be in attendance! 
The 80/20 rule is when you're spending 80 percent of your time making
20 percent of your revenue and vice versa.

And there are plenty of other reasons why you need to be in
attendance.  As I mentioned in previous correspondence, the MDT Boot
Camp is going to be a kick in the butt for many of you!

For those of you that know me, I'm not going to sugar coat anything. 
There are serious shifts happening within our industry and for those of
you that understand these shifts, it's going to provide us with further
opportunity!

For those of you that think you "know it all" already or you've been a
"fat cat" sitting in your current comfort zone all these years, then
you're in for a rude awakening!

So if you're weak and timid and really comfortable, then stay home
and avoid this butt-kicking dose of reality!

But for those of you that are serious about innovation, being creative,
eager to learn, motivated to change with the shifts in our industry, then
you need to be in attendance.
