Subject: Answers to Some FAQs and Various Updates

Hello everyone,

This is Dan.  Hope you are all doing well.

Our media team asked if we could share some updates with many of you asking questions and enlisting their help with website development and marketing materials, so I am also taking the opportunity to add some additional FAQs that we are receiving on our end.  In no particular order:

1. If you are planning on selling your business or purchasing an existing business and are going to enlist Joel's help in preparing an executive business valuation, Joel is running at about 4 weeks for development.  We will share with you what Joel needs to review and value the business, so depending on how quickly you are able to get Joel the various items will help in determining how quickly he can start/finish.

2. We are easily running at about 16 weeks for development of custom market analysis.  We used to say up to 16 weeks, but that is easily the norm if not a little longer simply because of the number of projects in our queue and the length of time required to research, call facilities, etc.  So please keep that timing in mind when reserving one-on-one with Joel or if you plan on just investing in a custom market analysis.  

In terms of how far we will search, it really depends on your community and what we find.  If you are in a more rural area, we will definitely extend the radius.  If you are in a more urban/metro area the radius will probably be less.  It all depends on where are research leads us and then we call each facility to try and gather necessary info.

3. Our media team is running at about 2-3 weeks for website creation.  Some of that depends on if you already have a logo design.  Tom said if you don't have a logo, not to worry about it.  He said they prefer to discuss the project/logo with you because they encounter a lot of logos that simply don't work and aren't practical, so it is better to discuss your project before you go too far done the wrong path.

4. They will design your marketing materials a couple weeks after the front end of your website is live because they will still be working on backend work and SEO which is the long-term work.

5. If you have testimonials, please send the links to Tom at tdoyle@milliondollartransportation.com and they will work on integrating them into your site.
