Subject: Allowing Facilities to Send You Trip Requests Online

Hello everyone,

I just shared the attached PDF with a long-time Dispatching Made Easy (DME) user who was unaware that you can create "Facility profiles" to allow facilities to send you trips requests directly online through your DME account.

If you are already a user or considering DME and haven't been using this functionality as of yet, I encourage you to download the following PDF to learn a bit more:


This functionality is perfect for those facilities that you are contracted with and are direct-pay.

Some of the additional benefits are:

1. Facilities don't need to call your dispatchers.  All request are done online and your dispatcher can either "Accept" or "Decline" the request

2. You can direct message with facilities and all correspondence in time stamped and archived for future reference

3. Facilities can see all aspects of the trip - which drivers are transporting their residents, when drivers go enroute, pickup, drop-off, when you receive the call for the return trip, etc.

4. Facilities can see all of the statistics - how many trips they are sending out in total and for individual residents.

5. These conveniences can be a big selling point for contracts and service agreements and further distinguish you from other providers.
