When you're PROPERLY positioned (unlike the average slappy service with low ROI because they're only doing broker work), and a facility needs you ........... "Game Changer!"
Quick side note, you NEED contracts for a future resale!
NO lender, I say again, NO lender wants to lend money to buyer working to acquire a business with no contracts. Why? Because assets depreciate. Ergo, an asset-only acquisition is a liability for the lender.
But hey, what do I know! I'm just a self-identifying 21-year-old Olympic athlete with absolutely NO worldly experience!
