Subject: A personal message from Tom

Hello,

This is Tom, one of Joel's developers.  I know everyone has a lot going on and many concerns due to current circumstances.  I would like to share a few thoughts to update many of you regarding our work on your projects.

1. We have taken the liberty to post an "Important Notice" on your home page reassuring visitors that your business is taking proactive measures to protect your passengers, your drivers, and sanitize your vehicles and equipment.  The following message is from a provider who sent appreciation to Joel:

"Thank you, thank you! for updating the Web Site.... I received a call from a senior who is currently in Texas and is flying home in April, and reached out to see if we are still operating. She saw the web site with our precautions and prefers to ride with us, vs in a transit situation.  Thanks again JD.... You rock!"

2. With encouragement to work form home due to the coronavirus, please know that our team continues development of your website and marketing materials.  With our number of projects increasing, the time to completion is taking a bit longer, but please rest assured that we are diligently working on your project.

3. For those projects that require either new creation or the re-working of existing logos, please understand it does take a little longer, but the extra effort is worth the investment.  We just received the following note of appreciation from another provide:

"I love the website, Tom.  It looks really professional!  I am so happy I invested the money to get this done.  Thank you."

4. For those of you still needing to move forward with web design, please visit us at https://www.umtpg.org/umtpg-media to learn more about getting started.  Once we complete your website we will work on creating and uploading corresponding marketing materials in a Vista Print account.  We use Vista Print because it makes the upload process easier, they provide quality products at affordable price points and pretty fast production and delivery time.

5. If you have any questions for me, email your questions to tdoyle@milliondollartransportation.com.  If you have any question about joining the UMTPG and paying for website development, please reach out to Dan at dan@milliondollartransportation.com.

6. We will not work or rehab existing websites.  We appreciate all of your questions, but this is probably the most common questions.  We will not rehab someone else's work.  It many instances it takes more time to rehab a project versus just creating new.  For those of you emailing us asking for feedback on a website or marketing material, honestly, if you are asking you already know that your site and material needs serious work!  Our goal is to make you look first class and have you saying the same thing as Derrick, "I love the website....it looks really professional....I am so happy I invested the money."

Contact me with any questions.

Thanks,
Tom
