At tomorrow night's Regent's Park pin meeting we are running a state of the market panel where we are delighted to welcome some key industry experts to give their feedback & share their insights on the UK property market.

With tax changes, subdued sales activity, licensing changes and BREXIT – the property market is going through much uncertainty BUT we wanted to look at the positive and pin-point the areas of growth in our sector.

Emma Cox - Emma is the commercial director for Shawbrook Bank. Shawbrook is a growing UK specialist bank and will be on hand on the evening to discuss the mortgage climate, mortgage forecast and future lending.

Raouf Belmouloud - co-founded 2 companies: J&R Property Investments which helps investors realise better yields on their residential portfolio; and Grace Charles London Region, which specialises in helping landowners increase the revenue-generating capacity of their land. He has built a deep understanding of the dynamics of the land development market. |
