Joe not only has plans to make a mark in the social housing sector, he has plans to have 28 properties & 56 tenants in the next year. Joe is also genuinely so free and encouraging with his time towards other investors and in 2021 is launching a new project called The Ethical Landlord to help others build their portfolios by housing the homeless.
A rather awesome fact is that Joe also only jumped into property at the age of 50 having left a corporate career in the charity sector, this episode explores Joe's journey and his plans for the 2021 year.
