Mike uses his expertise and knowledge of planning gain and refurbishment techniques to significantly increase the value of his properties. Through his great understanding of commercial finance & market yields, Mike is able to recycle his cash and has built a significant HMO portfolio.
Mike is 'opening up his doors' in May to investors who would like to know more about his HMO business and would like to be part of the ongoing expansion.
