The Co-living Super Conference will be hosted by Mike Frisby, full-time property investor & developer specialising in shared accommodation.
This will be the largest gathering this year of incredibly influential speakers who are leaders in the Co-living arena.

Today, I'll introduce you to Alex Gruca who is the COO of Lyvly.
Alexandre has 20 years of experience, of which more than 15 years in real estate. He worked as a director for Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Opportunities Funds where he completed real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of €3 billion across several European countries.
Alexandre also spent 4 years as a ranked equity research analyst with Morgan Stanley's equity research department.
More recently, Alexandre was the interim COO of Logicor (Blackstone company) and the founder and CEO of Joivy, a social networking platforms helping companies recruit candidates faster, based on culture fit.
Alexandre is an independent board member of listed REIT Officiis and a member of the advisory board of asset management firm Tender Capital.
Alexandre holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a Diplôme de Grande Ecole from ESCP Europe.
Lyvly is a shared community, this big family where people can share common rental experiences.
Alexandre is coming along to share his thoughts on the Co-living trend in the UK, his view on where the market is heading and explain the systems involved in making this strategy work.
