I know that a lot of you may have seen emails about the Friday morning events I run with my friend and mortgage broker, Bruce but I wanted to send you a reminder that we have our 1st ever weekend session booked ad it's this Sunday evening from 7 - 8.30pm.

 I just wanted to elaborate on that email and explain a bit more about what we're chatting about at the end of this week.  Often, our slides and our conversation changes when we do these events due to market updates, so , even if you've attended one of the events it's always worth joining every few months to catch-up on different mortgage products and also different examples due to different attendee participation.

I don't know of anyone else offering FREE information like we do, it's important for Bruce & Myself to educate the HMO community because there's such a heavy cloud of negativity about landlords and there needn't be if people are clued up, we also come across people who have bought properties but then stumble after completion when converting properties into HMOs.  We LOVE problem-solving.

So, as a lot of you know (but for the people who don't) I love to invest in HMO properties and the reason is because I invest for income.  I've done some really fantastic deals in the past, in 2016 I even added a whopping 100 rooms to my portfolio & by adding these rooms to my portfolio it really helped with a massive income boost to my portfolio.   When COVID really hit the UK, we obviously were unable to work for a while in the property/construction industry so I couldn't really carry on with investing with projects, I also got very sick with COVID right at the start of 2019 which meant I was incapacitated for a few months and I couldn't be more thankful for the income from my portfolio which helped to sustain us during the 2020 period.  

It's all about REPEAT income for me.

Investing & funding HMOs takes many forms and Bruce & I work within the commercial finance parameter and we do this because it offers you the opportunity to do work, rent out the property and re-finance using commercial yields (as the property is now technically a business concern) which allows you to recycle cash and buy more! Onwards and Upwards.

During our online events, I help you to understand commercial yields for your area which is key. I show you examples of HMO costing's for a deal and Bruce chats about the lenders involved and what the criteria is to use these lenders. 

You will walk away knowing how to fund your deals.

Bruce has also worked in the business for such a long time and has such a good business name that he often has direct access to BDM's at the lenders & bridging houses that other people don't have and he really will help you find the best product to funs your deal.
