Hi Brenda,

Thank you for your email.

I just tried to call you and have also sent you a text on WhatsApp.

I'm not sure what you mean by "sponsor website".

You can't log in to myHerbalife with our details; you need to register/create your own membership by following this link:

https://accounts.myherbalife.com/account/create?appId=1&locale=en-GB&type=ds

Fill in the form.

When they ask for the sponsor ID number, you insert: 07033083

When they ask for the sponsor's first 3 letters in the last name, you insert: PET

Fill in the rest in the form and purchase the membership pack.

During the registration process, you create your own login details and will get your own Herbalife Membership ID number given by Herbalife's system.

When that is done, you can log in to myHerbalife.com with your own login details.

The Herbalife Member Pack is £34.55 for a short period of time, as I mentioned on the phone the other day (original price £46), and the pack still includes one of Herbalife's core products Formula-1 (worth £43).

Kind regards,
Cathrin Pethrus
