Friend, proclaim your freedom by taking a nice clean piece of paper and writing down two personal commitments for your stress-free life.
Post your declaration in a prominent place. Read it out loud to someone you love. Ask them to help you stay true to your declaration.
And then, celebrate your proclamation and commitment to your freedom.
