Become aware of how you speak about an illness.

Notice how often you tend to say, "I have ...," as if If you own it.

This gives an illness permission to take up residence.

Substitute "I have..." with "I am healing from ...," and watch how the change of words encourages it to pass on through.

To send your illness packing, say "I am healing from..." rather than "I have...".
