We did respond to your earlier queries with the message below, but
apparently you have not received our communication. Today we’re
responding again via different emails in hopes that you will receive at
least one of them… so please forgive any duplicates. I think it has
something to do with our having included your original email message
in the response… which appears to be in a different format that ours…
perhaps having to do with international communications.
