Hello Friend!

Prior to the holidays, I invited everyone on my mailing list to fill out a short Conscious Women’s Survey, to help us collectively understand what we’re concerned about in 2026.

Before we look at the data and some of the comments you provided, I want to thank those of you who took the time to share and reflect your experiences. Many of you responded, and I’m deeply grateful to every one of you. 🙏🏼

Of course, I could have asked many more questions. But these were the ones I believed would give us a broad perspective on how we are feeling in this current socio-political environment.

For sensitive and compassionate woman, this can be a difficult time, emotionally.

Because so many of the women I’m privileged to meet and support in SHE Rising Academy are highly sensitive women, I know that living through this polycrisis (multiple global crises at one time) can knock the wind out of you.

It's easy to feel robbed of your vision for the future, as well as your sense of empowerment and the freedom to create a kind and respectful world for all.

That’s why I created the survey—to find out what you are experiencing, in addition to what you would like for greater spiritual/emotional support.

You offered some heart-felt comments in the survey, and I’d like to share a few of your more hopeful reflections here:

"Are there any examples of places, cultures or people who have gone beyond this already? Or are we destined to repeat history endlessly? Must we create something totally new to go forward as a species? I think maybe yes and that is what consciousness is? Finding a place of peace in the violent, disintegrating U.S. and getting there ASAP."

"I feel human beings are on the verge of some great opportunities now. To grow and transcend to a more loving and intelligent state of being. To nurture a more peaceful and healthy and balanced planet and society. How can we be the best agents to bring this opportunity to life in the face of such willful attempts at control and destruction?"

"I want to help people make sense of what is happening and dream of a better future together."

Over the coming months, I’m focusing on ways to help you make sense of what is happening emotionally and spiritually during this Feminine Awakening.

And I’ll share with you historical societies that have gone beyond the current systems and models we are living with…

… so that together, we can indeed dream a better future together.

I know in my heart, you are perfect for creating that future!
