Hi Friend,
For generations, women have needed to find ways to heal the pain of trauma and narcissistic abuse. Though we may talk about it more today, unfortunately, it isn’t new.
Like so many women now and in previous generations, I spent precious years of my life in constant worry, overwhelm, fear, anxiety, and depression. Thankfully, I healed…
… and as a spiritual counselor and transformational coach, I was motivated to find even gentler and faster ways to release underlying trauma—so that letting go of the debilitating pain could happen with greater ease.
So, you can imagine how excited I was to have found and been entrusted with a powerful 2,000-year-old feminine practice for getting free from trauma and abuse—and even awakening joy!
It especially helps sensitive and empathic women, who don’t want to remember or relive the trauma.
Best of all, it works!
Like it did for one of our sisters:
“For the first time, I’ve felt a deep sense of peace and calm within my body, allowing joy, happiness, and laughter to return to my daily life. I’m responding with love rather than reacting from past pain and trauma.” — M
You see, our ancestors understood that women heal trauma and abuse in the felt experience of two forms of love:
1) In the arms of sisterly love and
2) In deep self-love
To experience this we need safe and sacred circles.
And we need spiritual practices that touch us at our core—practices that reach through time, returning us to our sacred innocence and updating our DNA.
The pain of trauma and abuse doesn’t stand a chance when it is met in the purity of love.
Every day I watch women dissolve pain they thought they might have to endure for the rest of their lives!
What took me years and decades, now takes them months or weeks. And it’s all because they have access to—and, importantly, support for—this ancient meditation practice.
My coaches and I teach you and support you in experiencing its transformational power for yourself in the Way of the SHERO 21-Day Activation, starting September 4.
