Subject: When you are creating new beliefs…

There is one thing you should know…

Hi Friend,

Systems theorist and futurist Buckminister Fuller once said:

You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.

I love this quote, and quite honestly, I’ve found that it is true particularly around beliefs.

Beliefs form our experiences of our current reality. What any one of us believes about ourselves and others shapes our relationships, including our relationship with the Divine.

What I’ve noticed in 30 years of providing private counseling is that most of us aren’t familiar with core beliefs that have been driving us for most of our lives.

It’s actually natural, since many of our most pervasive beliefs form between the ages of about 3-13. For the most part, they become an unconscious part of who we are, yet all the while, quietly driving our choices.

Some beliefs make us feel good like:

            I’m really good at ____________.

I’m a great friend to have.

            I have a big heart for ___________.

Other beliefs sabotage us like:

I’m not good enough to ______________.

            Nobody cares about my ______________.

I never seem to be able to _______________.

So as we identify some of those beliefs we've been living with, many of us spend some of our personal development time reframing those negative/sabotaging beliefs with thoughts like:

I AM good enough to _____________.

And here’s where it can get tricky. Because a belief like I’m NOT good enough typically forms at such a young age, even while some part of you wants to trust in your new belief, the inner child inside of you thinks you are fooling yourself.

The one thing it’s helpful to know when you are creating new beliefs is that most of your current beliefs were typically formed when you were very young and vulnerable.

As a result they can be tricky to recognize, so often we need help to identify and replace those beliefs and create a new level of inner trust.

But here’s the good news. It's worth the effort, because as they are identified and released, it gets easier to embrace, fun and empowering new beliefs that fuel your life in the direction you’ve always wanted to go.

If you’ve been trying to incorporate new beliefs into your life, but they aren’t sticking, it could be useful to get some help identifying and lovingly letting go of the beliefs you’ve been carrying since childhood.

I have five new openings for private sessions right now and would love to help you create new beliefs that will catapult your life into greater vibrancy and joy. (See below for more information.)

What people have experienced in their sessions with Misa:

I have been actively doing some form of inner work for decades, but Misa’s gentle, nurturing approach to the work offered something extraordinarily special. I feel like I grew leaps and bounds and touched upon something deeper in me than ever before while under Misa’s guidance. Misa’s approach made the experience feel like there was no ‘problem’ in me that need fixing. Instead, there were only discoveries of all my unique gifts and strengths and how to use those to my advantage. Her perspectives really helped me make some significant shifts in my view of myself, which has positively affected my health. —Andrea

When I came to Misa for help, my health was so bad… She held loving space for me when I needed, showed me a different way to look at things, so that I could find some peace and healing… With her help, I found a way to let my defenses down with my family and find love for them when we weren’t on the same page about how to handle my situation and I also found a way to let go and allow healing to happen when I was getting news that I didn’t want to hear. I’m at a point where I am handling things much better now on my own and it’s because of my work with Misa that I am able to do this. Misa is intuitive, kind, loving and non-judgmental. She is a true healer. —Amber Oriz

Join Misa and Like-hearted People Around the World in Holding for Peace

Misa invites us to join her in Holding for Peace the people of Russia and the Ukraine, and as Buckminister Fuller suggest—by creating a new model:

It is understandable to feel outrage at the war Putin is perpetrating against the people of Ukraine. And yet, anger doesn’t create peace. I have found that in compassionately Holding angry feelings about violations of others, I’m able to reclaim my peaceful center and Hold that peace for the people I am concerned about, and for those who have lost their ability to love and respect others. I invite you to join me in Holding for Peace by creating peacefulness in your heart and Holding it for all involved. By being peace, we create peace in the world.

This is what Misa is doing each day and invites you to join her. First, reverently light a candle. Then open your heart to the peacefulness found in the stillness. When you feel peaceful, focus on the candle and offer the peace you are experiencing to the people involved through the energy of the sacred fire.

Say Yes to Your Success

Misa’s dear friend and international success guru, Debra Poneman founded her success seminar company during one of the most difficult times in her life. She had just had a miscarriage, her marriage was unraveling, she had a major health challenge, she was in a job that was draining her soul, and she was so far beyond broke that broke looked good!

How did she turn it all around? She began studying the works of the great masters of success and prosperity from the last 100 years and had an epiphany... She realized she was looking for success in all the wrong places!!

In her e-book, The 5 Secrets to a Life of True Success, she shares what she discovered and offers a new paradigm of success and the steps to achieve it.

Today, you can download a copy of it for free:

When you download Debra’s e-book, you’ll then be invited to attend her free live webinar, 7 Keys to Break Through Limits and Live Your Ultimate Life…, which Misa highly recommends.

Of all the teachers we have access to in our on-line world, one extraordinary woman stands out amongst the crowd. Master mentor Debra Poneman leads the way to continual inspiration. From the truest place in my heart, I encourage you to take advantage of anything she offers, including her profoundly life-changing ebook. Your life will never be the same.
