I was stunned! I had been working on healing the dysfunctional patterns I had inherited from my family of origin and then this simple insight catapulted my healing.
My mother had died just a couple of years earlier, and I was beginning to realize how much my mother had been affected by intentional and unintentional traumas she had experienced in her life. There were so many questions I never thought to ask my mother while she was alive. I missed out on so many insights about myself because I was too judgmental of her and too self-absorbed to consider asking her about the challenges she had faced.
Realizing this, over a quiet dinner with my father, I asked him a question about himself that changed not only my life, but the way I looked at healing family patterns. In this video, I share what my father said that stunned me and took my healing forward by a quantum leap!

This sound healing session affected me in profound ways. The first time I listened to it, I could feel it shifting and moving energy in my body. At points it was uncomfortable and immediately after listening, I started running a low fever, which Misa explains as a “healing crisis.” A day and a half later, the fever was gone and I felt better and stronger than I had all winter. This definitely cleared something out of my body (maybe multiple things), and helped me to heal.
