Today is World Water Day! I absolutely love that a day is dedicated to water. Water is a powerful healing element that gives life. So today, how could you connect to the healing nature of water?
We'll talk about a simple practice for connecting, but first, I want to share some of the ways conscious relationship with the spiritual nature of water can support you in your healing.
At every Full Moon Healing Water Ceremony, we connect with the water and receive its gifts: - physical well-being for greater strength and vitality
- emotional balance for greater ease and joy
- activated dream-time to receive answers to questions
- awakened spiritual gifts for ongoing daily guidance
- stimulated creativity to receive healing insights

When you think about water, remember you and the earth are 75% water. You initially grew in your mother's watery womb. The ebb and flow of water teaches us about the ebb and flow of life.

| | Thankfully, Dr. Masaru Emoto taught us the simplest and most effective way to connect with water—in love and gratitude.
Having met him, I can tell you his spirit was like that of water—gentle, yet strong.

Here is a simple way to connect with the spirit of water for its healing and yours:
- Go to a body of water you love or get a bowl of water.
- Breath for a few moments to quiet your mind.
- Go slowly, now.
- Open up your heart by remember any moment in which you felt any kind of love.
- Gaze softly into the water.
- Be in love in gratitude for the water you are gazing into.
- Be in love and gratitude for the water in your body.
- Extend that love and gratitude to the water in your home.
- ... To the rain that falls.
- ... To bodies of water you love.
- ... Back to you.
- ... Back to the water you are gazing into.
