Years ago, I remember helping a woman get unstuck by confirming something she had been wondering about.
She hadn’t told me her suspicions, but I shared with her a vision I’d been given in relationship to her migraine headaches in which I was seeing volcanos exploding.
After a little experimentation, she discovered her headaches were directly tied to volcanos on the earth. Once she began to do some energy work with the volcanos, her migraines disappeared.
The energy intended for use in calming volcanic activity was backed up inside her and causing her pain.

This stuck energy actually happens more often than most of us realize. Spiritual energy, beliefs or emotional wounds from the past can block natural flow, leaving you feeling stuck or helpless.
