One of my readers asked about healing rheumatoid arthritis, so I meditated with this and got some insights about the energetic belief behind this autoimmune disease.
After the meditation, I did some research and was surprised to discover that this is an autoimmune disease.

I want to offer my compassion to anyone suffering from this.
I understand this condition can make even the simplest of everyday tasks very difficult to do.
In my meditations with other auto-immune conditions, from an emotional and spiritual perspective the body is attacking itself because we have a self-attacking belief.
Yet, with each autoimmune condition, there are some specific beliefs at play.

By the way ladies, rheumatoid arthritis is three times more common in women than men.

Both sensitive women and men can tend to be very hard on yourselves. That hardness can lead to or exacerbate autoimmune conditions.
