Over the years, I’ve used various approaches to heal the painful emotional wounds of my past, including women’s circles, retreats, inner child work, and the Holding meditation.
Each one helped me heal the deep wounds that had been defining my world, so that new and wonderful feelings finally defined the nature of my life.
Women’s circles helped me discover the true meaning of acceptance. It was a place where I could be heard and hear without judgment.
Retreats provided me a place to experience profound revelations about myself that I would never have come up with on my own.
Holding gave me a way to be with uncomfortable emotions, remnants of my childhood and karma still needing love so that I could be free.
Inner Child Healing allowed me to reconstruct my childhood, a powerful way to let the pain of my real childhood become a distant memory.
These were the tools that saved my life! And in the last 30 years, I’ve observed women gravitating to exactly the same tools to save their lives.
I make all of these approaches to healing available to women healing their emotional pain, as they also heal physically… … because these feminine approaches to healing are a woman's way.
