Yesterday was World Water Day!
In the way Misa was taught by her ancestors, water is the sacred element of emotions, dreams and intuition.
What a perfect time to honor these wonderful qualities. Perhaps today, you’d like to join us in taking a few moments to bless the water inside you and in your home.
Here’s what Misa suggests:
1. Hold yourself and your feelings until you feel Divine love flowing through you.
2. Bring your awareness to the water inside your body and bless it in your love and gratitude.
3. Now bring your awareness to the water inside your home, and bless it in your love and gratitude.
4. Ready to go further? Think of an area in the world that needs snow or rain and give thanks for the moisture coming to that area.
5. Finish by thanking the Divine for the life-giving gift of water.
