Focus of the Retreat You get to experience ancient journeying practices
that help you open further to your higher consciousness and uncover
specifically what you need to create right relationship, prosperity, purpose,
health and joy.
In these journeys we awaken fulfillment in our lives
spiritually so that fulfillment can be reflected in our physical lives.
What to Have Ready
1. I recommend having your meal ready before that day’s
retreat events. You will only have 30 minutes, so that way you can actually
rest a little and enjoy.
2. We will be journeying throughout the day, so if you
tend to get chilled, have a blanket or layers of clothes ready. You’ll need a
comfortable place to sit, as well.
3. Bring plenty of fluids. And a little caffeine can be
helpful staying present during meditations. We tend to go deep!
4. Bring a journal with you and be prepared to
participate in journeys, written exercises and discussions!
How to Get On the Call The day before the event I’ll send you a Zoom link to
the event. Just follow the instructions. If you don’t have Zoom on your
computer, it will prompt you to download it.
I recommend attending from a computer if that is
possible for you.
Recorded Version This retreat is a virtual live retreat. However, if you live in
a country where the hours of the retreat (in full or partially) make it
impossible for you to attend all of it, you can request a recorded
version to watch while the rest of us are sleeping. ;) Make your request
here at: healinghelp@misahopkins.com. Then be sure to whitelist this email
address.
If you are watching the recorded version and have questions, you
can post them at our Facebook page, and I or one of our Keepers will answer on
that page, or if possible during the retreat.
Orientation to Zoom We'll be meeting on a Zoom call. If you have never used Zoom, I'll
provide a 15-minute introduction via Zoom on Saturday, just before the retreat begins. If you are
having technical difficulty getting onto Zoom, please email
