How do you feel about being... on earth?
I remember a reading I once did like it was yesterday. This young woman caught my attention as she came into the conference center. She was the only one dressed in black leather and studs. Next to everyone in their summery, flowing outfits, she definitely stood out.
She carefully scanned the room, as though she was sensing into every psychic in the room.
I was so intrigued by her. It takes a lot of courage to come into a psychic fair, feeling and looking like an outsider. My heart and mind were curious about this brave young woman.
Finally she made her decision and walked over to my table. Her mother, dressed in softer spring colors, asked if I would do a reading for her daughter.
I gladly agreed. It was so apparent that her daughter didn’t feel like she belonged, so I reached out in consciousness to find what reality she had lived in prior to Earth. I didn’t know it then, but I was providing what I now call a Soul Journey reading.

We discovered the dimensional reality she came from was not like Earth at all, and finding her place here had been challenging.
I gave the young woman an understanding about why she felt isolated and different, and then offered her some insights for discovering how and why she actually did belong

It’s weird to live as though you are standing outside looking in through the window. You can see what is going on, but you’re not really a part of it. All the while, some part of you wants to know you belong—somewhere.
Some of us have a difficult time relating to people and, for some of us, relating to the Earth itself can feel challenging. If you are new to Earth, it can all seem pretty wild.
But you are not here by accident. (I know you know that!) What you are here to learn and share are important.

We need you. We need your unique perspectives. We need to be pulled out of our boxes. And you are here to do that. We are blessed because you are here, and some of us can’t wait to see how you will encourage and challenge us to grow beyond our limits!
The more you find your place, the easier it will be to live here. Earth and its people have so much to offer you, too! After all, you just might be a pioneer from a distant star doing research on Planet Earth for the benefit of people you love.
