As some of you know, at the first of each year I go into a three-day Holding meditation retreat for the world. There is a vision of the future from one of those retreats that lingers with me. I was quite pleased with what I saw. I thought you might be too.

I was called to travel 500 years into the future where I was shown many insights about how good our world has the potential to become. There was one insight regarding healing that offers us a glimpse of our potential now.

I found myself in a hospital room with a woman who had lost several of her fingertips due to frostbite. As she laid on her bed, I watched as her fingertips started regrowing.

What method her doctors were using to stimulate growth, I don’t know. But I smiled, as I remembered something I witnessed years ago was actually taking place as treatment in years to come.

Many of you have heard this story, so I won’t go into details, but seeing this woman in the future reminded me of Amelia—one of my earliest healing clients. In her 70’s, with basically no training in self-healing, Amelia grew a new valve to her heart using a combination of her visualization ability and my healing sounds. It was confirmed in an x-ray.

That ability exists inside of each one of us.

I know, it might sound really far out there. You might be thinking it takes a special person to be able to do that. You might think that will only be a possibility when scientists discover how to do it.

But think about it. You grow new skin, right? Cell replacement goes on in the body regularly when you are healthy.

Consider doing a web search on growing new body parts, and you are likely to be quite surprised at the different ways scientists and researchers are approaching this. Body parts are already being grown in laboratories. Yes, of course we need to attend to where and how stem cells are collected, but some researchers are working with patients’ own adult stem cells.

What I know from experience is that you don’t have to wait for medical science. You have spiritual gifts inside you that can do that work for you right now. Just like Amelia, who learned how to activate her visualization ability and allowed me to assist with healing sounds, you can stimulate growth and healing inside you.

When you release the traumas of childhood and your ancestry, you open a doorway to your awakening. And as you awaken, your spiritual gift rise—gifts that empower you in healing emotionally and physically. You transition from a life of pain to a life of pleasure!
