My first book, The Root of All Healing: 7 Steps to Healing
Anything, came out of what I did to overcome MS. My second book, Sacred Feminine Awakening: The Emergence of
Compassion, was actually inspired by the first major illness I ever
experienced—a serious hormonal imbalance in which I was overproducing
testosterone. It was also inspired by mystical experiences in feminine and
masculine energy that occurred after I had healed. The challenges and mystical moments have all served to guide
me into the ways I could best help others.
