Happy February Friend!
I was chatting with three different friends this weekend, and they all told me they were on some kind of cleansing diet. And so was I!
It seems to be in the air—time to let go of the old.

Whenever we are opening to a new opportunity and new energy in our lives, there is something we need to let go of in order to create space for what we want.- If you want greater health, you might be letting go of stress, parasites, a virus, metals, specific bacteria, mold or even toxic beliefs.
- If you want a life-long partner, it means letting go of being single.
- If you want to enjoy a thriving career, you might be letting go of limiting perspectives or habits in order to catapult your business.
If we want to create a refresh for our lives, it begins with letting go of barriers to our potential.

My elders called this act of letting go “the giveaway.”
|
|
In my own acts of creation, whatever I have felt called to give away prepared me perfectly for what I was choosing to develop.
Once I got through my resistance and focused on the opening my giveaway was creating, each time the surge of energy that followed was palpable.
|
|
|
Those surges of energy helped me sing in my dreams—give them life and bring them into form.
|
|
The energy paired with my spiritual gifts, allowed me to be of my best service, with confidence and trust in the Divine.
This month, we’ll be looking at some different ways to let go of the old and sing in the new.
