That’s how it worked for me when my hormones were so far out of balance many years ago.
The event that set my dramatic imbalance into motion was a repressed memory that only came up after I had done significant emotional healing.

You see, you don’t have to remember in order to heal. It can help. But remembering is not necessary.
|

Your understanding or memory will surface if and when it serves.
However, your cellular memory continues to hold the feelings, thoughts and triggers—and they point the way to what needs love and healing attention inside you now.
When you attend with compassion, and without judgement to your limiting beliefs, fears, doubts and pain with the tenderness of a loving mother…
… you are ultimately addressing the underlying moment you disconnected from Divine love.

Whatever the specific incident, you can be sure if you are feeling worry or struggle now, there was a moment of disconnection in your past.
