| Recently, when I was asked to speak about sacred sexuality, the first thought that went through my mind was, Me? The second thought was, Oh, yes!
Even though I’d been sexually abused as a child, and had some rough edges around my sexuality, I also had some amazing, loving guides and found my way to ecstasy and awakenings through my body.

I had a partner who had studied with a tantric master and I was coached for a time by a tantric master from Tibet. This sound healing session affected me in profound ways. The first time I listened to it, I could feel it shifting and moving energy in my body.
