It’s been about 10-15 years since I had a full-on cold. I usually listen to my sound medicine when one is creeping up and, if I catch something at all, within one to three days – it’s gone!
But Jeffrey and I had an emotional week amidst lots of exposure to a little bug and bam—we were down.
Sometimes you just want to get right to it and get things done. And that’s how we were with that cold virus. Thankfully, we are mending well and quickly.
