Happy April, Friend!
Have you ever experienced this? Every time you turn around what you had planned to do gets thrown up in the air by life’s circumstances? It’s weird isn’t it?
|
|
That’s how it has been for Jeffrey and I this week.
We carefully crafted a calendar with important tasks to complete, including creating some ads.
Making ads that are authentic and respectful is important to us. It is something that typically takes time and careful consideration on our part.
But one thing after another came up this past week, and we never got to them.
You might think that Jeffrey and I would be pulling out our hair, and we thought about it a few times, but decided to laugh instead. Laughter is our way of surrendering to the Divine.
To take us even further from our appointed tasks, a friend we haven’t seen for years was passing through town and asked if we could connect. Those opportunities don’t come often, so we stepped away from our to-do-list and created time to hear about his recent journey to India.

| Before we went to bed, our dear friend sang sacred songs to us, and as he did my third-eye opened to a beautiful mystical vision of a prayer wheel of light. My dreams were full of laughter and pleasant exchanges. |
|
I woke up this morning knowing exactly what we needed to do for our ads, with great ease and heart, so that we could better reach the beloved people we serve. Sweet!
|

Chaos is often the prelude to a greater act of creation, provided we stay open to fresh perspective.
|
|
Spiritual practice is really quite practical, if we allow it to be.
After years of trying to make things happen, we are realizing with pleasure if we surrender to love's wisdom and the quirks of the creative process, there is frequently a greater path for fulfilling our intentions.
It’s not our job to figure out the details. It’s our job to follow the impulses of Spirit within, set our intentions, and get out of the way!
