The first time I experienced it, I didn’t even know it was missing. I was shocked that something so fundamental had been gone from my life—all my life!
If I didn’t know it was missing, how could I have known I needed it?
Thankfully, my ancestors knew what was missing. And in a vision, helped me re-experience a moment from a past life when I knew what it felt like to be completely wanted and loved as a newborn. Wow!

We all have empty places. Life is imperfect and that means not everything is perfect for exactly what we need.
That's how it was with me and my parents. My mother and father loved me very much. But, they were also filled with a lot of anxiety when I was born.

|
|
Because of all that anxiety, I had not felt completely wanted or received when I was born. It wasn’t their fault. The bonding just didn’t happen the way I needed it in order to feel fulfilled.
|
|
But, years later when I finally felt wanted and received, I felt amazingly alive! I was imploding and exploding in love for myself and my life in a way I had never felt before.
With help from my dear friend and colleague, Ariann Thomas, we explored other emotional needs of the soul while in a deep meditative ceremony.
We uncovered 10 Emotional Needs of the Soul that are ideally fulfilled during our lifetime on earth.

These needs map on to developmental milestones of the soul that begin before we are born and end after our death.
|
|
At various ages in our lives, we look for these fundamental emotional needs to be met, and if they are not, we feel an emptiness or gap.
We play that emptiness out in all kinds of destructive ways and in states of depression, until they are finally met.
You meet those needs in deep states of consciousness where you repattern those missing moments into new experiences of fulfillment.
