How people in your life received you and your talents can affect your confidence sense of self-worth.If you didn’t receive respectful attention for your attempts as well as your successes, you can feel like you have to get things absolutely right, or else why even try. - People take, but don’t give
- You are superfluous or unnecessary
- You have to get it right or it isn’t worth anything
- You need to rebel against or cave-in to people’s expectations of you
- You don’t really know what your talents are
- You don’t know how you make your community a better place
- You feel not good enough
