| For the past week, I’ve been meditating every morning, Holding pain through lifetimes and dimensions, so that my body and psyche are no longer carrying pain.
The journey began, however, Holding the pain of my karma in this lifetime and my childhood wounds.
As the layers peal away, what I need to do to realize my intentions becomes increasingly apparent. Layer by layer, I heal and I thrive.
That is how it has been with me for most of my life now. Each moment in which I have needed healing, there has been sacred work to do, deep in the Mystery.

| So it wasn’t a surprise to me when one of my elders, Gigi, told me she wanted to share with me a deeply mystical healing program for healing the inner child.
I thought I was pretty clear regarding my childhood wounds, but I trusted her, so I followed her guidance for several weeks and watched layers inside me melt away as the needs of my inner child—my younger self from childhood—were finally met at their core.
Through her tutoring, I discovered that childhood wounds need to be healed where they occurred—in the spirit of the child. They just can’t be healed from adult perspective.
And so I healed far more profoundly—freeing the teacher, mystic and healer inside of me that had been hidden inside for many, many years.
