Recently, a client shared that she was using the Cold and Flu Sound Healing recording to get rid of virus, and she was finding it uncomfortable to listen to the sounds.
In empathy, my first thought was, “Oh poor thing.”
My second thought was, “Yes, it would be very uncomfortable if you are trying to get rid of something.”

Think about it this way. If someone tried to vacate you from your house, you’d probably get pretty upset, right? You’d probably resist being tossed out.
That’s pretty much how it is with anything in your body that you know doesn’t belong there. It thinks it is at home.
And the same is true if you are opening to higher levels of consciousness. A part of you may feel quite comfortable with the status quo, and might resist.

In order to keep the resistance to a minimum…
… what you want to hold in your mind and heart is loving transformation.
If someone lovingly and respectfully came to escort you to a better home, you would be a lot more open to change.
|
|
Instead of getting rid of anything, consider opening and allowing yourself to lovingly receive what you need for your beautiful metamorphosis.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Most of us need to do a certain amount of emptying out of doubt and fear, in order to fully receive. But even that can be done lovingly and truthfully in both energy or stillness.
You need to pace how much emptying and receiving you are truly able to do in any given moment, so that you don't go into crisis. So it is always wise to follow your own intuition. (In fact I’m doing some of that right now!)
But, keep in mind, that anytime you find yourself attempting to fix yourself, it presumes that something is wrong with you. That disposition alone sets up cause for resistance.
If on the other hand, you open to the quality and expression of love your body, mind, spirit and emotions want in the moment, you’ll naturally receive what you need for a more joyful life.

When it comes to sound healing energy specifically, sounds carry you to the nexus of your own creation, because sound was the first expression of self-consciousness.
|
|
Within this nexus you create your new reality. I’ve entered the nexus through sacred sounds to:
- Heal from two “incurable” conditions
- Experience Divine moments of awakening
- Attract key people in my life
- End depression
- Attract my beloved life mate
- Manifest a nice home and car
- Manifest greater income through service
