I’ve been thinking about you. I hope you’ve opened up your audio course and have begun using it.
More than once, I’ve purchased a program only to get caught up in life and not use it. I don’t want that to happen to you with your audio course. Your health and happiness is far too important. Don’t you agree?
So here are 3 ways I help my counseling clients make the best use of their time with me, and you can use these tips to get the most out of your audio program: |

1. Describe how you want to feel when the program is over and make this your goal. Feelings create strong goals that motivate you to keep going.
2. Set a date for when you will be finished with the program and sending me an e-mail about what you discovered. Put it on your calendar in a bright color.
3. Schedule the days of the week and times of day you are going to do the sessions. Remember, sessions are sacred times when you are focused on you and the Divine, so make sure you will not be disturbed and will be able to attend to your healing journey.

Lately, I’ve seen what can be accomplished in a well-focused half hour of counseling, like:

My sessions are typically an hour long, and individual appointments are usually $300. However, my clients only pay $165 an hour when they purchase 6 sessions with me.
