A while back, Jeffrey and I were leaving a building supply store, when I needed to check my phone messages. I don’t like to do that in a moving car, so he kindly pulled over onto a side road for me.

We were in a semi-industrial rural setting, and out of the corner of my eye, I caught a coyote limping along the side of the road. Her partner followed, just a few feet behind her.

My heart immediately went out to her and I opened up my energy offering her some healing support. She, like most wild animals, sensed the loving energy very quickly. She settled down in a patch dirt by the side of the road, and I listened for her healing song. 

She was completely open and trusting (as animals tend to be in healing space) and I was able to see the injured muscle and watched it mend as I sang to her. I was then able to see she needed something from the bone marrow of rabbit to help her heal.

(I know it’s kind of yucky to think about, especially if you are vegan or vegetarian, but coyotes are carnivores.)

The moment I saw this vision of the bone marrow, I was compelled to open my eyes. There she was trotting across the road as if she was ready to hunt!

Quickly I gave her an image of resting quietly while her partner hunted for them. She received the message and returned to her nesting spot in the dirt by the side of the road, while I continued her healing song.

I stayed with her until her healing was complete.

Animals are highly visual. I knew that, but what struck me was how there was no delay between the vision I received for her and her decision to act. It was instantaneous.

Now in her case, it was a good idea to slow down, but she didn’t know I was receiving information for her, and that we weren’t finished yet. She was acting instinctively on this basic principle of manifestation:

When it comes to us humans, this last principle requires: We release our skepticism and feelings of unworthiness that have settled in throughout our lives. When they are released, you are fully open.

You probably noticed that I included the word immediate in each one of these manifestation principles.

That’s because in my own life and in my counseling practice, the greatest strides happen when we apply these principles—yes—immediately. :)

As you get a little more down-time over the holidays, I hope you’ll reflect on which of these 3 principles might help you manifest with greater ease this coming year—whether you are creating healing, better relationships, partnership, purpose, or prosperity.

This sound healing session affected me in profound ways. The first time I listened to it, I could feel it shifting and moving energy in my body. At points it was uncomfortable and immediately after listening, I started running a low fever, which Misa explains as a “healing crisis.” A day and a half later, the fever was gone and I felt better and stronger than I had all winter. This definitely cleared something out of my body (maybe multiple things), and helped me to heal. The next time I listened to the track, it was a much more easeful experience, but I could still feel it working, shifting my energy in a subtle way.
