Hi Friend,
I see this so often…
When a woman gives as much as you do—to your family, your clients, your community—it can feel as though there is very little time left to devote to your own healing.
But deep down, you know that without tending to your emotional and physical well-being, your ability to give so generously will eventually run thin.
Therefore, at some point, your inner wisdom insists:
You need answers. You need clarity. You need real healing.
In over 30+ years of doing this work, I’ve witnessed something remarkable.
When a woman finally understands the emotional roots of her pain and discovers which spiritual tools and gifts support her most naturally, she often finds that her healing begins to shift significantly…
… even if she’s already receiving holistic or traditional medical care.
It’s as if the psyche and soul respond instantly to the self-love you offer when you’re finally fully present for you.
And the spiritual gifts that come most naturally to you are often the ones that feel easiest, most familiar, and most effective to work with.
This was certainly true in my own journey.
When I healed myself from MS and cancer, I leaned into the practices that were uniquely mine.
I used the spiritual strengths that felt most natural to me, along with a steady, daily devotion to self-love, to meet the unmet emotional needs expressing through my body.
And as the emotional roots healed, my physical body healed.
Meanwhile, I noticed something else in my work with others…
