Subject: ❤️ When compassion becomes overwhelming

Something I’m noticing among empathic professionals

Hello Friend!

Many therapists, coaches, and healers silently carry a weight that few people talk about—the emotional weight of holding space for others.

Over time, this can slowly turn compassion into something exhausting.

But compassion was never meant to work this way.

There is an ancient feminine approach to compassion that transforms it from something we give away…

into something that restores both the practitioner and the person receiving support.

Most professional trainings focus on techniques and strategies for helping others.

Yet what many professionals quietly tell me is that something essential is missing.

The quality of presence we bring to another person often determines how deeply those techniques actually work.

When practitioners experience the ancient feminine practice of Restorative Compassion, they discover this missing piece.

It is not simply a method.

It is a way of entering a generative field of compassion that restores both facilitator and client.

Instead of leaving sessions emotionally drained…

you leave feeling clear, grounded, and restored.

Many of you have already tasted a glimpse of this through the Holding Meditation you may have downloaded.

And some of you have experienced the deeper Holding Meditation-Journey, where we enter this state together in classes or ceremonies.

People often tell me they feel renewed after these experiences.

But what creates that renewal is not just the meditation itself.

Restorative compassion is the deeper state of presence that gives the Holding Meditation its power. 🙏

Learning how to enter and sustain this regenerative state of presence is the heart of what I now call Restorative Compassion™.

For decades, before I ever gave it a name, I taught women around the world how to access this state of feminine presence—

so they could Hold themselves and others in a way that restores everyone involved.

Again and again, professionals tell me how profoundly this changes the quality of their sessions, retreats, circles, and ceremonies.

That is what I want for you…

and for those you serve.

To help you experience this directly, I’m offering a 3-Day Restorative Compassion Workshop (1 hour per day) beginning in just a couple of weeks.

During these small-group sessions, I’ll guide you into the expereince and deeper principles behind this ancient feminine way of holding space.

And I would love to share this ancient wisdom with you.

Be sure to take advantage of our early-bird tuition. 😉

Holding you in loving, restorative compassion,

What Professionals Are Saying

This is the most powerful approach I have encountered in 35 years of healing and transformative work. The shift takes place in such a subtle and magnificently potent way that you never expect the outcome to be so swift or easy.  —Ariann Thomas, Ancestral Lineage Clearing

I was deeply touched to learn of the generative power of the Sacred Feminine… at this stage of my life as an Elder, and as a teacher, and as a healer. —Janet

One of the biggest gifts of our sessions for me was learning to embrace the Feminine more fully in the Holding Meditation-Journey.  This has enabled me to also step more deeply into my purpose on the planet, working with the highly sensitive souls who want to heal from chronic illness. —Kristen Helal

 Too Sensitive for This World?

If you’re a highly sensitive person, the recent violence in the world can feel unbearable. (It might even be affecting you more deeply than the people around you.)

And you might be wondering…

How do I stay compassionate without falling apart emotionally?

In my latest YouTube video, I show you 3 things I do every day to stay compassionate while remaining grounded in the world at the same time.

I also share with you more of the results from our Conscious Women’s Survey.
