Subject: ❤️ The Little Known Truth About Compassion Fatigue

What most helping professionals were never taught about compassion

Hello Friend!

As a conscious person, you know compassion is one of the greatest healing energies on Earth.

The Dalai Lama has written multiple books on compassion. Pope Francis defined compassion as the “language of God.”

Amma, the hugging saint, has said, “Love and compassion for everyone should become as natural to us as breathing.”

So why does it sometimes feel exhausting?

Why is it that when you are regularly holding compassion for others in service… you can begin to feel compassion fatigue?

You might start thinking, “What’s wrong with me. Why can’t I seem to sustain compassion the way great spiritual teachers talk about it? Maybe I’m just not enlightened enough.”

I used to think something was wrong with me too.

You see, like most of us, I had been taught that compassion is empathy for the pain of others. And of course, it is.

But that’s usually as far as most teachings go. Even many compassionate spiritual teachers don’t explain how to sustain compassion without becoming depleted.

Sometimes, a teacher is connected to a profound state of presence, but doesn’t know “how to explain” it in such a way that the rest of us can access it too.

Many years ago, I was blessed to have a mystical experience that took me into a place of extraordinary compassion. You might even call it the source or origin of all compassion.

That’s when it became clear—compassion has a specific quality that isn’t being taught.

And that quality makes all the difference between becoming fatigued in compassion and being able to sustain compassionate presence with others.

I call this Restorative Compassion.

You can learn more about it here.

It’s so wonderful to actually feel re-energized while you are holding space.

Because when compassion comes from its true source, it doesn’t drain you.

Since I don’t know anyone else teaching this, I’d love to introduce you to that quality of sacred presence, so you know how to sustain loving, compassion, without becoming exhausted.

If you’re someone who feels called to deepen your capacity to hold emotional or spiritual space for others…

I’m delighted to invite you to experience Restorative Compassion.

In this live workshop with me, you’ll learn 3 essential keys to compassion that restores instead of depletes. I’ll show you:

—The secret to holding powerful emotional-spiritual space — without exhaustion, self-sacrifice, or compassion fatigue.

—Discover a little-known ancient and proven meditation-journey for creating a profound generative field of compassion—that restores both you and your clients.

Deepen transformation for highly sensitive clients using a feminine approach that works with their nature — often more gently and efficiently than strategy alone.

Restorative Compassion is not another technique to manage compassion fatigue.

It's the source of compassion itself.

And I’ll show how to continually connect with that state of being using a 2,000 year-old Holding meditation-journey.

If you already have the meditation, that’s great. Now, I’d be honored to show you what makes it truly work for you and how that becomes powerful support for others. 😉
