Hi Friend

When I was in my mid 30’s, I thought I was already doing what I came here to do. I was shocked the day I realized there had been a steady urging building inside of me to do something different.

I had already spent a decade making a difference in the lives of my loved ones, the children I had taught, my corporate clients, and the social projects I had spearheaded. Suddenly I was being called to make a difference in the world in a new way.

I was happy with my life the way it was, and I didn’t want to make a change. All I thought I really wanted beyond that was time for myself!

So, I asked the questions, “Why me? Why now?”

The answer I got was simply this, “Because it’s time.”

Do you feel like it’s time for you, but you don’t have a clue about what you are supposed to do or why?

As I sat and reflected on the inner urgings, I realized I hadn’t come here just to survive, or even to live my life well.

I came here to fulfill a destiny, and I needed to discover what the heck it was.

Doing what I really came here to fulfill would be giving time to myself.

Two months later, I left my successful corporate communications consulting practice and began—what would eventually become—a 10-year spiritual walkabout.

In addition to the honor being right hand to several Native elders, that walkabout included multiple personal vision quests—followed by 19 years of my taking people on their own vision quests.

All of that prepared me for the rewarding work I get to do now as founder and spiritual director of SHE Rising Academy.

Through this work, I’ve had the privilege of helping tens of thousands of women around the world in their journeys of spiritual awakening—making the unique difference I was created for. 💖💖💖

I was thinking about you when I created our upcoming in-person Soulfire Retreat, because I know there are all kinds of catalysts that shake us open to our destinies.
