Happy August, Friend

It’s a beautiful, sunny day here in the desert Southwest, and something about the kiss of August sunshine always reminds me to rediscover my joy.

This morning, with my coffee in hand, I found myself reflecting on the kind of joy that rises when we serve, uplift, and honor one another. It made me think of you, and all the brilliant women I’ve been blessed to walk with on this sacred path.

Some of my deepest moments of joy have been in service to others. Have you found that to be true, as well?

So today, I’d love to invite you to celebrate with me…

Women of Power and Spirit—those whose lives, choices, and breakthroughs inspire something powerful to rise in us.

One of my beloved coaches, Sage Lavine, often says:

“A rising tide lifts all boats.”

It’s become a mantra I live by. Because when we celebrate one another, something sacred rises—not just around us, but within us.

🌀 Meet Lili: A Woman of Her Choosing

Today, I’d love to introduce you to one of our SHE Rising Academy graduates. She recently shared her story in our group coaching circle—and the love, the sisterly pride, the tears… we all felt it.

She gave full permission to share this with you:

My team often comments on how much joy she brings into our meetings. You’d never guess she once carried boulders of trauma. But that is the beauty of healing in a supported, sacred way.
