A MAJOR sign we are living in the end times generation is the explosion of the acceptance of homosexuality.
"Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson is being persecuted because of correctly stating homosexuality is a sin.

Well, the Bible reveals the world hates the TRUE Messiah of the Bible and His followers.
"The world cannot [be expected to] hate you, but it does hate Me because I denounce it for its wicked works and reveal that its doings are evil." (John 7:7 - Amplified Bible - AMP)
"I have given and delivered to them Your word (message) and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world [do not belong to the world], just as I am not of the world." (John 17:14 AMP)
"For the time that is past already suffices for doing what the Gentiles like to do--living [as you have done] in shameless, insolent wantonness, in lustful desires, drunkenness, reveling, drinking bouts and abominable, lawless idolatries.
They are astonished and think it very queer that you do not now run hand in hand with them in the same excesses of dissipation, and they abuse [you]. But they will have to give an account to Him Who is ready to judge and pass sentence on the living and the dead." (1 Peter 4:3-5 AMP)
"Do not be surprised and wonder, brethren, that the world detests and pursues you with hatred." (1 John 3:13 AMP)
"Blessed (happy--with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, apart from your outward condition--and to be envied) are you when people despise (hate) you, and when they exclude and excommunicate you [as disreputable] and revile and denounce you and defame and cast out and spurn your name as evil (wicked) on account of the Son of Man. Rejoice and be glad at such a time and exult and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is rich and great and strong and intense and abundant in heaven; for even so their forefathers treated the prophets." (Luke 6:22-23 AMP)
The Master stated the following about our evil generation:
"Also, at the time of the Son of Man, it will be just as it was at the time of Noach.
People ate and drank, and men and women married, right up until the day Noach entered the ark; then the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise, as it was in the time of Lot — people ate and drank, bought and sold, planted and built;
but the day Lot left S'dom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. That is how it will be on the day the Son of Man is revealed." (Luke 17:26-30 Complete Jewish Bible - CJB)
The Apostle Peter added the following in the context of Sodom:
"And he condemned the cities of S'dom and `Amora, reducing them to ashes and ruin, as a warning to those in the future who would live ungodly lives; but he rescued Lot, a righteous man who was distressed by the debauchery of those unprincipled people; for the wicked deeds which that righteous man saw and heard, as he lived among them, tormented his righteous heart day after day." (2 Peter 2:6-8 CJB)
Lot was a righteous man and he was distressed with the wickedness of his social environment. We should hate the evil behavior NOT the people who do the evil behavior (Proverbs 8:13).
Lot did not like the evil behavior of the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah:
"Behold, this was the iniquity of your sister Sodom: pride, overabundance of food, prosperous ease, and idleness were hers and her daughters'; neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. And they were haughty and committed abominable offenses before Me; therefore I removed them when I saw it and I saw fit. [Gen. 13:13; 18:20; 19:5.]" (Ezekiel 16:49-50 AMP)
According to the Word of Yah, the sins of Sodom are:
- Pride
- Overabundance of food
- Prosperous ease
- Idleness
- Failure to strengthen the hand of the poor and needy
- Abominable offenses (homosexuality certainly qualifies as an abominable offense)
Phil Robertson referred to the following scripture to prove that homosexuality is sin:
"Do you not know that the unrighteous and the wrongdoers will not inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived (misled): neither the impure and immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality, Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers and slanderers, nor extortioners and robbers will inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-10 AMP)
Certainly, the wicked behavior revealed in the above verses is similar to the sins of Sodom.
Please notice the Master is telling us that if people do not learn to repent of these sins, they will not enter the Kingdom of Yah.
Brethren, this is serious.
Yah means what He says.
This is what Paul said about these evil times and notice many of the evil behaviors mentioned are similar to the sins of Sodom:
"BUT UNDERSTAND this, that in the last days will come (set in) perilous times of great stress and trouble [hard to deal with and hard to bear]. For people will be lovers of self and [utterly] self-centered, lovers of money and aroused by an inordinate [greedy] desire for wealth, proud and arrogant and contemptuous boasters. They will be abusive (blasphemous, scoffing), disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane. [They will be] without natural [human] affection (callous and inhuman), relentless (admitting of no truce or appeasement); [they will be] slanderers (false accusers, troublemakers), intemperate and loose in morals and conduct, uncontrolled and fierce, haters of good. [They will be] treacherous [betrayers], rash, [and] inflated with self-conceit. [They will be] lovers of sensual pleasures and vain amusements more than and rather than lovers of God. For [although] they hold a form of piety (true religion), they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it [their conduct belies the genuineness of their profession]. Avoid [all] such people [turn away from them]." (2 Timothy 3:1-5 AMP)
The majority of modern Israel today (United States, Britain, Canada, France, countries in Northwestern Europe, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, the little nation of Israel and those who believe that Yeshua is the Messiah - for proof of this go to the following website: http://www.britam.org) are described as having the following behavior problems:
"Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth! For the Lord has spoken: I have nourished and brought up sons and have made them great and exalted, but they have rebelled against Me and broken away from Me. The ox [instinctively] knows his owner, and the donkey his master's crib, but Israel does not know or recognize Me [as Lord], My people do not consider or understand. Ah, sinful nation, a people loaded with iniquity, offspring of evildoers, sons who deal corruptly! They have forsaken the Lord, they have despised and shown contempt and provoked the Holy One of Israel to anger, they have become utterly estranged (alienated).
"Why should you be stricken and punished any more [since it brings no correction]? You will revolt more and more. The whole head is sick, and the whole heart is faint (feeble, sick, and nauseated). From the sole of the foot even to the head there is no soundness or health in [the nation's body]--but wounds and bruises and fresh and bleeding stripes; they have not been pressed out and closed up or bound up or softened with oil. [No one has troubled to seek a remedy.] [Because of your detestable disobedience] your country lies desolate, your cities are burned with fire; your land--strangers devour it in your very presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by aliens. And the Daughter of Zion [Jerusalem] is left like a [deserted] booth in a vineyard, like a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, like a besieged city [spared, but in the midst of desolation].
Except the Lord of hosts had left us a very small remnant [of survivors], we should have been like Sodom, and we should have been like Gomorrah. [Gen. 19:24, 25; Rom. 9:29.]
"Hear [O Jerusalem] the word of the Lord, you rulers or judges of [another] Sodom! Give ear to the law and the teaching of our God, you people of [another] Gomorrah! To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices to Me [unless they are the offering of the heart]? says the Lord. I have had enough of the burnt offerings of rams and the fat of fed beasts [without obedience]; and I do not delight in the blood of bulls or of lambs or of he-goats [without righteousness].
When you come to appear before Me, who requires of you that your [unholy feet] trample My courts? Bring no more offerings of vanity (emptiness, falsity, vainglory, and futility); [your hollow offering of] incense is an abomination to Me; the New Moons and Sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot endure--[it is] iniquity and profanation, even the solemn meeting. Your New Moon festivals and your [hypocritical] appointed feasts My soul hates. They are an oppressive burden to Me; I am weary of bearing them. And when you spread forth your hands [in prayer, imploring help], I will hide My eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood!
"Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes! Cease to do evil, Learn to do right! Seek justice, relieve the oppressed, and correct the oppressor. Defend the fatherless, plead for the widow. Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; But if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken it." (Isaiah 1:2-20 AMP)
Additionally, the prophet Isaiah stated the following about modern Israel in these end times:
"Their respecting of persons and showing of partiality witnesses against them; they proclaim their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to them! For they have brought evil [as a reward upon themselves]. Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their deeds. Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with them, for what their hands have done shall be done to them." (Isaiah 3:9-11 AMP)
"Now, go, write it before them on a tablet and inscribe it in a book, that it may be as a witness for the time to come forevermore. For this is a rebellious people, faithless and lying sons, children who will not hear the law and instruction of the Lord; Who [virtually] say to the seers [by their conduct], See not! and to the prophets, Prophesy not to us what is right! Speak to us smooth things, prophesy deceitful illusions. Get out of the true way, turn aside out of the path, cease holding up before us the Holy One of Israel." (Isaiah 30:8-10 AMP)
Moses prophesied the majority of modern Israel will be so rebellious that we will have to go through great suffering before we collectively repent:
"And the Lord will scatter you among the peoples, and you will be left few in number among the nations to which the Lord will drive you. There you will serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see nor hear nor eat nor smell (the Christmas Tree is an idol, an abomination - Jeremiah 10:1-5 - emphasis mine). But if from there you will seek (inquire for and require as necessity) the Lord your God, you will find Him if you [truly] seek Him with all your heart [and mind] and soul and life. When you are in tribulation and all these things come upon you, in the latter days (the days of the 21st century - emphasis mine) you will turn to the Lord your God and be obedient to His voice. For the Lord your God is a merciful God; He will not fail you or destroy you or forget the covenant of your fathers, which He swore to them." (Deuteronomy 4:27-31 AMP)
For our convenience, the great Yah has listed the Blessings of obeying His Torah and the Cursings of disobeying His Torah (Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28).
- It saddens me that our American society is so corrupt that we persecute a man for speaking the TRUTH about homosexuality.
This is how spiritually sick our nation is.
This is how spiritually sick the world is.
"My people are destroyed for want of knowledge. Because you rejected knowledge, I will also reject you as cohen for me. Because you forgot the Torah of your God, I will also forget your children." (Hosea 4:6 CJB)
" 'They are a nation without common sense, utterly lacking in discernment.
If they were wise they could figure it out and understand their destiny." (Deuteronomy 32:28-29 CJB)
"BRETHREN, [with all] my heart's desire and goodwill for [Israel], I long and pray to God that they may be saved. I bear them witness that they have a [certain] zeal and enthusiasm for God, but it is not enlightened and according to [correct and vital] knowledge. For being ignorant of the righteousness that God ascribes [which makes one acceptable to Him in word, thought, and deed] and seeking to establish a righteousness (a means of salvation) of their own, they did not obey or submit themselves to God's righteousness." (Romans 10:1-3 AMP)
"Flee out of the midst of Babylon! Let every man save his life! Let not destruction come upon you through her [punishment for] sin and guilt. For it is the time of the Lord's vengeance; He will render to her a recompense. [Jer. 50:28; II Cor. 6:17; Rev. 18:4.] Babylon was a golden cup in the Lord's hand, making all the earth drunken. The nations drank of her wine; therefore the nations have gone mad. [Rev. 14:8; 17:4.]" (Jeremiah 51:6-7 AMP)
"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers [do not make mismated alliances with them or come under a different yoke with them, inconsistent with your faith]. For what partnership have right living and right standing with God with iniquity and lawlessness? Or how can light have fellowship with darkness? What harmony can there be between Christ and Belial [the devil]? Or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? What agreement [can there be between] a temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God; even as God said, I will dwell in and with and among them and will walk in and with and among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. [Exod. 25:8; 29:45; Lev. 26:12; Jer. 31:1; Ezek. 37:27.] So, come out from among [unbelievers], and separate (sever) yourselves from them, says the Lord, and touch not [any] unclean thing; then I will receive you kindly and treat you with favor, [Isa. 52:11.] And I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. [Isa. 43:6; Hos. 1:10.]" (2 Corinthians 6:14-18 AMP)
"COME NEAR, you nations, to hear; and hearken, you peoples! Let the earth hear, and all that is in it; the world, and all things that come forth from it. For the Lord is indignant against all nations, and His wrath is against all their host. He has utterly doomed them, He has given them over to slaughter. Their slain also shall be cast out, and the stench of their dead bodies shall rise, and the mountains shall flow with their blood." (Isaiah 34:1-3 AMP)
- Truly brethren, the nations have gone mad and most of our leaders can not think straight because of sinning. The Phil Robertson case is just one example of our nation's lack of common sense.
Eventually, Yah will punish the inhabitants of the earth for sinning and, through this punishment, a good number of people from every nation (including modern Israel) will repent (Revelation 7).
Yah reveals the inhabitants of the earth will learn righteousness because of His judgments (Isaiah 13:11-13; Isaiah 26:9).
"BEHOLD, THE Lord will make the land and the earth empty and make it waste and turn it upside down (twist the face of it) and scatter abroad its inhabitants.
And it shall be--as [what happens] with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the creditor, so with the debtor. The land and the earth shall be utterly laid waste and utterly pillaged; for the Lord has said this. The land and the earth mourn and wither, the world languishes and withers, the high ones of the people [and the heavens with the earth] languish. The land and the earth also are defiled by their inhabitants, because they have transgressed the laws, disregarded the statutes, and broken the everlasting covenant. [Gen. 9:1-17; Deut. 29:20.] Therefore a curse devours the land and the earth, and they who dwell in it suffer the punishment of their guilt. Therefore the inhabitants of the land and the earth are scorched and parched [under the curse of God's wrath], and few people are left." [Rom. 1:20.] (Isaiah 24:1-6 AMP)
- Thank Yah there are still some people in this country, and in the world, that believe homosexuality is wrong. And, I hope Phil continues to courageously stand up to defend the TRUTH of the Bible.
While I still can, I will continue to do the following and I hope other believers continue to defend the TRUTH of the Bible in the midst of a rebellious American nation and world:
"CRY ALOUD, spare not. Lift up your voice like a trumpet and declare to My people their transgression and to the house of Jacob their sins! Yet they seek, inquire for, and require Me daily and delight [externally] to know My ways, as [if they were in reality] a nation that did righteousness and forsook not the ordinance of their God. They ask of Me righteous judgments, they delight to draw near to God [in visible ways]." (Isaiah 58:1-2 CJB)
Brethren, let's realize we are living in very serious and evil times.
With the help of the Holy Spirit, we must do all we can to overcome the devil (1 John 2:13-14) and to be a shining example to others (1 Peter 1:22; Matthew 5:14-16).
Let's practice PURE worship (James 1:27).
