Happy Holidays and a Very Happy New Year in 2025!!!

I know that it's been a little bit but just wanted to check in before the end of the year.

I'm gearing up for a busy 2nd half of the school year beginning in January 2025. I didn't do that many school presentations during the first half of the school year due to school getting off to slow start (teachers strike), and then before you knew it it was the holiday season.

I focused mainly on my daily blog on mental health and creating awareness in a variety of of ways.

One thing that I just started up is a YouTube channel for Your Gift of Life Foundation for Men. Besides working with our youth, working with men is my other big passion.

Below is my intro video for the channel. I'll be speaking directly to men on how there's no shame in reaching out for help when you need it.
