| How Our Service Works:
MedConnectVA works exclusively with accredited Attorneys and Agents who represent Veteran Disability Claims. We provide board-certified, licensed Medical Experts in over 50 specialties. We know that Medical Expert Nexus Opinions drive winning decisions. With that in mind, our business is designed to provide strong and concise expert opinions and, lower your risk. To achieve this goal, we begin by pre-screening all of your cases without cost or obligation. Pre-screening only takes a few days and once the Medical Expert has reviewed your case, you will receive an email with case specific remarks and the experts CV. At that point, it’s up to you to decide if you would like to move forward. But when you do, we offer a low fixed rate fee regardless of medical specialty and, you pay only 50% of the fixed fee for the medical record review. The second 50% of the fee is billed only when a draft opinion has been completed and delivered to you for review and comment. If for some reason, a nexus can't be formed and an opinion is not written, you will never be billed the second half of the fee. That said, it’s important to note that our ratio of paid record reviews to positive nexus opinions is over 94%. This is due to thorough pre-screening and an excellent team of case managers who act as your advocate throughout the entire review process. And, we commit to draft delivery within 30 days.
