STUDIO UPDATES

It has been such an amazing summer so far at MCMA. Summer camps, Intensives, Music Together®, private lessons, student performances, and more have been filling our days with music and joy! We're excited to share some important updates with you, including that fall registration is now open for lessons, ensembles, Music Together and Music Exploration. Read on for details, and to learn about our wonderful summer camp experiences - and a peek at our North Atlantic Blues Festival performance!

FALL SEMESTER REGISTRATION

The fall semester begins on September 2nd.

Private Lessons

In-house registration for the fall semester is now open until Monday, August 11th. All current students have received an email from Maddy, our amazing office manager, with the details they need to register. If you wish to retain your current lesson slot, we can only guarantee it until August 11th. Starting Tuesday, August 12th, registration will open to everyone. Fall Ensembles

The best way to improve your skills is to play with others!

In addition to private lessons, we at MCMA pride ourselves on our variety of ensemble offerings; there is something for every age and interest! This fall, we are pleased to announce openings in the following ensembles. For class descriptions and more information, click the "fall ensembles" button below!

Teen Rock Band: Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
Adult Jam: Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Hand Drumming: Wednesdays 2:30-3:30pm
Girls Rock: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Strings Attached: Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
Jazz Ensemble: Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm

MUSIC EXPLORATION

The next step for your young musician.

Music Exploration classes are a fantastic way for 5 - 7 year-olds to learn musical terms and concepts. Your child will soon be speaking the language of music with confidence! We start our journey with an introduction to age-appropriate instruments, a chance to explore favorite songs through musical play.

These small (two to four students) classes are the perfect stepping stone between family music classes and private lessons. Click the "Music Exploration" button for more information and to register!

CAMP UPDATES

It has been an amazing summer at MCMA!

One of the most exciting aspects of summer is summer camp! From the very first week of our summer session with Girls Rock Mini-Camp to our famous Blues Intensive to the best Gig Camp ever, it has been such a thrill to see and hear our campers work hard to reach and surpass their goals!
