CAREER BRANDING is the work of becoming visible, trusted, and recognized for what you actually bring - so that opportunities come TO you instead of you chasing them. That sounds simple. It is not.

Most people think branding means a better LinkedIn or a stronger resume. Those are pieces of it. They are not enough on their own.

Real career branding has two layers:

LAYER ONE: Corporate strategy.

The visible work. Positioning, communication, negotiation, network. The chess pieces of a career, played skillfully.

LAYER TWO: Inner consciousness.

The invisible work. Self-worth, confidence, mindset, relationship with money. The internal operating system that determines whether you can ACT on the strategy you know.

I'll be blunt here - not everyone is keen on going deep into these layers.
